Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please visit your "Order History" page and select the cancel option, or contact our customer support with your order ID.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may be able to return the item according to our return policy.

2. Refund Process

For canceled orders, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

For returned items, the refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as custom-made jewelry or items on final sale, may be non-refundable. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
