Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at aaoW.in. We craft our jewelry and accessories with the utmost care, ensuring high-quality products for our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy. You are entitled to return your order within 7 days of receiving the item without giving any reason, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.

2. Conditions for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were delivered in the last 7 days.
  • The products are in their original packaging.
  • The products are completely unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, authenticity certificates (if any), and invoice are included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry made specifically to your specifications.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

4. Returning Products

To initiate a return, please log into your account, navigate to My Orders, and request a return, or contact our customer support directly. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup from your registered address.

If your pin code is unserviceable for return pickups, you may be required to ship the product back to us at the following address:

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges, Replacements & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately after verification.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days.
