Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below this amount or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you can navigate to the My Orders section in your profile to find your live tracking link and delivery status.
Payments
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets.
Yes, your security is our top priority. We use 100% secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Customized jewelry cannot be returned unless received damaged.
To initiate a return, log into your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click on "Request Return". Our delivery partner will pick up the item within 2-4 business days.
Product Care & Quality
To keep your jewelry looking pristine, keep it away from perfumes, harsh chemicals, and water. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original box or a soft pouch provided with your purchase.
